[SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS]
- The Processing Time usually takes 1-5 business days, but may be longer due to a high volume of orders.
- We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched once your order leaves the warehouse. You will then receive another email with the tracking number that you can use to track your order status online with a link here.

[EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS]
- Items returned within 30 days of their delivery date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
- Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
