All shoes will be manufactured and shipped to the customer via Fedex or other local delivery company within 1 to 2 weeks period and all shipping costs are FREE for all of US, EU, UK and Switzerland.
Customers can check the status of their order by login to his account. Customers will receive a notification email once his ordered shoes have been manufactured and dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order once it has been dispatched. * During sale periods and promotional campaigns, production and delivery may be extended up to 5 working days above the usual period.
LOST / RETURN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer or unclaimed packages during order processing.
